“Het was een hele leuke activiteit om kennis te maken met de Guatemalteekse en Mayakeuken. Hierbij kregen we ook wat meer informatie over hun cultuur. De zoon was Engelse Gids en hij heeft ons veel verteld. Er werd één gerecht gemaakt wat heel erg lekker smaakte!”

“The cooking class was amazing. Maritza met me outside my hotel and soon after we went to the market where she got fresh products for the lunch. We took a chicken bus over to her place and started cooking Pepián! She was extremely kind, and offered Jamaica and her homemade chips with beans and queso. I also had the chance to make some tortillas which was a fun experience as well. Her entire family is so kind and i recommend this cooking class to everyone!!!”
